Mr Richard Yu (Secretary-General) was invited by Wai Kiu College, supporter of IPCC’s School Programme, to officiate at their 50th Anniversary and Graduation Ceremony. During this occasion, Mr Yu also presented awards to students with outstanding performance in extracurricular activities.
