The following goods and services are required by the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC). If you are interested in providing the IPCC with any of the following items, please complete and return the attached form “Application for inclusion in IPCC’s supplier list”. It will take around 3 months to process after receiving the completed application form.

Group medical insurance
For insurance consultant companies:
- Providing insurance consultancy services to IPCC.
- Performing annual tendering on behalf of IPCC for the appointment of an insurer to provide medical insurance benefits for IPCC staff, including their spouses and eligible children. Benefits include hospital and surgical benefits, out-patient benefits and dental benefits, etc.
- Handling medical claims.
For medical insurers:
- Providing medical insurance benefits for IPCC staff, including their spouses and eligible children. Benefits include hospital and surgical benefits, out-patient benefits and dental benefits, etc.
- Handling medical claims.
Production of IPCC Report
Service providers can provide either one or both of the below two services to IPCC.
- Design and artwork, including:
- Cover design, graphic design and artwork of the IPCC Report
- Photo-retouching and image development
- Printing and delivery service
- Translation and English editing, including:
- Chinese to English translation
- English to Chinese translation
- English editing by a professional English editor
- Proof-reading
- Design and artwork, including:
Motor-vehicle hiring
For dispatching of documents for IPCC, services include:
- Providing two vehicles with drivers every Friday
- One vehicle for the route of Hong Kong Island and another for the route of Kowloon and New Territories
Office renovation
For renovation of the IPCC office, services include:
- Advising on the feasibility and layout plan for office renovations
- Conducting on-site renovation work and related follow up work
- Conducting minor repair and maintenance work
Office removal
For removal of the IPCC office, services include:
- Acting as the Project Manager to provide consultancy services to IPCC
- Performing tendering on behalf of IPCC for the appointment of service providers for office design, renovation, physical removal and other related work
- Liaising and following up with the appointed service providers on all issues corresponding to the office removal project
Office equipment
Office equipment required by IPCC:
- Photocopiers
- Fax machines
