Episode 1 Searching

A security guard was mistaken for the suspect in a burglary case due to the similarity in their voices. He was taken back to the police station where he was strip searched. The security guard then lodged a complaint against the officer for "Neglect of Duty".

Episode 2 On the spot

A soon-to-be-wed couple was discussing their wedding, which was to be held on the following day, when police officers broke into their flat with a search warrant. The groom-to-be got his face injured during the chaos. He then lodged a complaint of assault against the police officer.

A young lady recorded police officers filling their notebooks with her mobile phone, which led to officers questioning her intention. She refused to provide her identification card or phone. Later, the lady filed a complaint against the officers with several allegations.

Episode 4 Unclear violence

A newspaper vendor was about to beat the kids who caused water damage to his stall when he was stopped by a police officer. While waiting at the police station, he claimed that he was not feeling well. However, the officer stated that he must wear the handcuff transport belt if he wished to seek medical advice. Subsequently, the newspaper vendor filed a complaint claiming that the officer was impolite and detained him without thorough investigation.

A motorcyclist and a traffic police officer argued about the position of road closure traffic sign. The motorcyclist wanted to lodge a complaint against the traffic police officer but was rejected by another officer at the police station. The motorcyclist complained against that officer for being impolite.

A woman was accused of assaulting her daughter-in-law, and was detained at the station for a day to record her statement with a policewoman. She was then released without charge. Later, the son of the woman complained against the policewoman for arresting his mother without thorough investigation.

A van driver received a ticket for 450 dollars from a police officer after stopping to make a delivery, but he discovered that another van driver nearby was only fined 320 dollars. He then complained against the police officer for being unfair.

Episode 8 Fairness

A landlord was arrested for throwing away tenant's belongings, and needed to extend his bail regularly. The landlord lives in Cheung Chau, which is far from the station of his bail, so he requested to extend his bail at the Cheung Chau police station but got rejected. Two months later, he made a complaint against the police officer for taking too long to extend his bail.
